30 Day exchange or refund policy
Speed Cube 3×3 wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your speedcube3x3magnetic.com purchase, we will either exchange, or provide a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We send a FREE return label
Exceptions:
- speedcube3x3magnetic.com will not accept returns or refund 2×2’s with a broken corner stalk. Broken Corners on a 2×2 occurs when the corner is twisted, in particular the static corner. Corner twisting is not normal use of the cube and can damage the cube.
- speedcube3x3magnetic.com will not accept returns or provide refunds for cubes that have been broken or damaged due to disassembly/assembly.
- speedcube3x3magnetic.com will not accept returns or provide refunds for cubes with peeling and chipped stickers. Stickers can chip and peel with normal use.
